JayBird charges an additional $4.00 handling to cover warehouse fulfillment costs for all direct to consumer and drop ship orders. Rates shown above are estimates only. Actual shipping costs are quoted in shopping cart after entering your shipping address. Fedex may change rates and include additional delivery area surcharges for remote areas. Estimated rates as shown above are calculated based on a typical 2 lb headphone shipment.

Shipping & Delivery Times

JayBird aims to ship your product the day AFTER you place your order. JayBird does not ship on weekends or public holidays and on some occasions may take two business days to ship if there are any complications with your order.

You will receive three email confirmations between time of order and shipment: Order confirmation, order approval, and order fulfillment.

Your Fedex shipment will begin tracking at the END OF DAY (or next morning) after your order ships.

- Fedex Ground / Home delivery: 3-5 Business Days
- Fedex 2 Day: 2 Business Days
- Fedex Standard Overnight: 1 Business Day
- Fedex International Economy: 3-5 Business Days in most cases

APO Address / Military

JayBird ships to APO addresses. When entering your shipping address on your order, enter your APO zip and our system will identify the region and fill it in for you. If you experience difficulty try changing the country from USA to the actual country the APO relates to.

Shipping takes up to 14 days anywhere in the world.
