working out is a dream with these!
I absolutely love the JB-100. I have been waiting for a device that would alow complete freedom of movement along with quality sound. These hit the nail right on the head. I love riding my mountain bike with them on, and working out in general is a dream with these.Justin Harris [4/6/2008]

Im *thrilled* with this choice
Thanks a million! I charged it with USB and went for a run -- AWESOME! Audio quality was great, no slippage, no problems! Just what I was looking for. As a side note, I spent a lot of time searching for stereo bluetooth headphones -- read the literature, was basically down to two choices: the Motorola S9 and JayBird. After all the concerns about moisture/sweat and the S9, I'm *thrilled* with this choice. Also nice to see an entrepreneur bring a great new product to the market. The best audio quality Ive heard from a bluetooth headset
What a fabulous headset, I've been waiting for this for years. It is so comfortable I'd almost forget I am wearing it if it wasn't for the music. And that just sounds great. The sound quality is excellent
I just got my new JB 200 2.0 headphones from Jaybirdgear. The sound quality is excellent and improved from the previous model. I can wear them anywhere and with the improved volume and fidelity I can make adjustments on the go and still hear the outside sounds I need to hear to from time to time. I wear them working out, driving and even walking on the beach. It is great to hear bethoven as I ride my bike or go running. I can run with these headphones on and now I can even override the loudness of a place like the gym. The new JB 200 headphones from Jaybird gear are the best thing on the market for those of us who can’t stand bulky headphones but want to stay on the move and still be able to get our phone calls and not miss any important communications while we travel and see the world with music of our choice in our ears. WOW... I just received my new headphones today and the sound of the music that I'm hearing coming from my cell phone is just outstanding. This product is almost on the level of being better then sliced bread. I'm really impressed with what you guys have done with this product.
Tomorrow will be the big test for the JB headphones. I plan on riding into work tomorrow with them on and cannot wait to see how they perform on the road with my motorcycle.

AWESOME PRODUCT!!
I just purchased the JB-200 with the iPod adapter as recommended for use with my iPhone. I was skeptical at first if the bluetooth would work for both calls and streaming music. I have been delighted with your equipment. The stereo sound is superb!! And the way the headset works for the control of music volume, song selection, and fade out during receipt of a call is outstanding. This is the reason i chose the iPhone. Until finding your product I have been slightly dissapoinnted with the iPhone as I was still bound with wires if I wanted to use the iPod function and the phone, as you know Apple has yet to release the A2DP capabilities inside the iPhone yet. Even though it is capable. I also appreciate the small diameter of the inner ear buds as I have found other bluetooth headsets that are larger become uncomfortable the longer they are worn from the pressure touching the inside of the ear. Also the shape of the inner ear gels are not only comfortable but the shape helps direct the sound into the ear. I have noticed that I have turned down the volume on my handset as well as the headset as compared to when I was using the wired headset that came with the iPhone.

The music quality is outstanding
I purchased a JB-200I-01 from Target last weekend and am very happy with the new unit. The fit is good, especially when I follow the fitting tips. The music quality is outstanding, and the hands-free capability is a surprisingly good extra. Overall, the freedom to listen to music virtually anywhere without the hassles of wires is something right out of Star Trek. Good job! I can really get use to this!

I don't know how it could be much better
I am slowly learning to use my JB200 bluetooth headset but I don't know how it could be much better. The headset isn't as small as ear buds but it's probably about as close as it's going to get and still be bluetooth. It paired easily with my Ipod touch (using the Ipod adaptor) and my HTC touch phone. I actually use the Ipod to listen to audio books. While listening to the book, if a call is made or comes in, the audio pauses, the cell phone pairing kicks in, then the audio starts up again after the call is completed. That's been a continual problem previously with trying to rip off my headset and get to the ringing phone before the caller hangs up. Got my set at Target which had it discounted a little and even got a little extra off with my Target redcard. Also, got an extra year warranty from Target for $17.Phil L. 10/20/2009
They sound good, they are easy to use

I was hoping it would fit even with my helmet on, and it does!
I bought this after seeing your website and a lot of reviews and I was really impressed. I commute on a motorcycle, and so after seeing the slim design I was hoping it would fit even with my helmet on, and it does! I can listen to music and talk on the phone no problems while riding. I tested it yesterday at speeds up to 45 mph, and my caller could hear me with a little of wind, and I could hear them no problems. The cool part is that it was with the visor up! With the visor down they had trouble hearing me, I sounded muffled. I have my iphone on my handle bars and I'm wearing tipless gloves, so the controls are a easy! Volume I am happy with, although i can't control volume through my iphone when paired, only through the headset, which isn't happening with my helmet on. Wanted to share. Finally a headset made for the gym
First I wanted to say I just got my first Jay Bird (JB-200) and I absolutely love it!!!! Finally a headset made for the gym and not something I feel like I am going to break every time I put it on…. Over the past year or so I have gone through FIVE (not one, two, three or even four, but FIVE) Motorola S9 headsets and every one of them could not take the punishment. Finally someone designed a BT headset for an active person. It was so frustrating having no other choice but the S9 I finally gave up and went back to the old school corded headset. I am in the gym usually 1-2 hours a day, 6-7 days a week and need a headset which could take the sweat and abuse during my workouts but more importantly a headset which could take the abuse of my gym bag everyday…. By the way, great idea on including a small bag to place the headset in, this really helps. Overall I am very impressed so far.
I also wanted to mention a HUGE design flaw of the S9 which your headset doesn’t have an issue with. As a weight lifter I am constantly using benches for various exercises like bench press, incline etc. With my old S9’s, I had to take it off my head every time I needed to lie on my back on a bench. With the battery of the S9 being on the back of my neck it would inevitably push off when I laid my head back and generally just annoy me to no end. Doesn’t sound like a big deal but on my chest workout days I basically had to my whole workout without any music and when they are sometimes playing very bad 80’s rock at the gym you can understand why I was annoyed.. I had been looking for headphones like yours for over two years. I have an htc mogul phone. I never could bring myself to buy the motorola head phones because of the bad reviews for the people using them to exercise and I excersize over an hour a day. So much freedom. The JayBird is the Best damn Bluetooth Headset ever!
I normally don't WASTE MY TIME writing reviews. But this gadget is probably the first gadget to live up to all my expectations and what it is advertised to do. I had to write a review.
I've been using the JB-200 with MY treo 680 for almost 6 months with heavy sweaty workouts. Unlike my previous headsets (motorola rokr which I went thru 3 in 2 months) they survived the heavy workouts. The sweat is what shorts out all other headsets and JAYBIRD has figured that out and solved it. The JayBIRD is Best damn Bluetooth Headset ever!
If you want a comfortable bluetooth headphone for your intense workouts that won't fall off and short out because of sweat. THESE ARE THE ONLY ONES WORTHWHILE !!! Don't waste time and money on anything else (like I did ;) )

Very comfortable & never threaten to fall out
As someone who has had the opportunity to own the JB100 and now the JB200, I have to say, "who would've thought they could've made it any better?", but they did. I won't bother to list all of the things that have changed but suffice it to say they're all very positive. They do exactly what they claim to do, great fit, great stereo sound, great music controls (AVRCP) and great bluetooth phone capabilities. If you have an active lifestyle this is the headset for you!
I have been waiting and searching for a solution that would meet my needs. I thought my searching was hopeless until I ran across these Jaybird headsets. They have everything I needed - Bluetooth, ability to answer a call, sweat resistant, fashionable, and provide "stereo" streaming. I couldn't believe it! I ordered these and put them to work right away. When I workout the headset does not even come close to getting in the way. They're very comfortable and never threaten to fall out. I even went on to purchase the separate bluetooth adaptor. I plug that it into my tv when I'm going to bed so that I can crank up the volume without disturbing my wife. Thank you for such a great product.

Great Product!
I am an owner of an excavation company. Moving dirt, rocks, sand, I see it all. The Jaybird bluetooth works seamlessly with my Moto Q9c phone. I have 4 gb card on the phone with about 800 songs. For a bluetooth headset this compact to function so well with a walkman phone, its truly amazing.
I've been using JB-200 with Sony Ericsson w890 for a couple of weeks now. Connections work like a charm. Music is sweet, even when the phone is in my left pants pocket. I did get out for a motorcycle ride yesterday with my new gear. 1st half of the trip I was listening to my Iphone and things worked great, on the way back I decided to try it with my Blackberry 8820 and an 8Gb MicroSD card. That worked great as well [although the blackberry could use a better media player ;-)].
I greatly appreciate the follow up and great customer service; I’ve already had the privilege of showing of my new toys to fellow co-workers and motorcyclists as well.
Keep up with the product development as I look forward to seeing some great advancements

I love how they stay in my ears
First of all I was very skeptical about even purchasing your product. I was kind of gun shy after purchasing a set of S9's. They were supposed to be somewhat sweat proof but the second time I wore them at the gym they died, bye, bye $130. I sent them in for repair got them back and probably wore them around a month, at no time to the gym, and they died again. Anyhow after emailing you and getting a response back, in a decent amount of time I might add, I decided to invest in your headset. As of this writing I am very happy with the product. Have been to the gym with them at least 4 times and not an issue one. I run quite hard on the treadmill and sweat quite a lot, and it has not killed them. Additionally I love how they stay in my ears and I do not have to keep reseating them every couple of minutes. I think the wire between the earpieces make them a lot more comfortable to wear, it allows for a greater range of movement versus a solid connection. Absolutely the best Bluetooth Stereo headset out there
I have to agree with all the fantastic review out there. This is absolutely the best Bluetooth Stereo headset out there. I live on Guam with its incredibly high humidity and salt air and they work without a fault - even when I'm dripping wet w/sweat and in the 95+ degree sun!
I felt good enough about them that I got not only my wife a set but I convinced my boss to get one for herself and her husband--and I still have my job!
The only thing I'd change on them is to make the connecting wire a little bit more flexible. And maybe a bit more "cat chew proof". One of our cats did chew almost completely through the ear loop on one ear piece of my wife's set. A bit of tape though (just for the support) and it still works fine. Of course my wife did commandeer mine after that but it still works...
You won't go wrong with this headset!!!

From the fit to performance, these are GREAT!!!
I finally got the chance to really give my JB-200's a good "work out". I used them in the gym for the first time. What a liberating feeling not having the wires getting in my way. When running on a treadmill, there was no looseness or loss of sound quality. I got the chance to use both the iPod and MP3 adapters and they both worked flawlessly. The changes from the JB-100's are very evident. AVRCP controls are very easy to use and worked perfectly. From the fit to performance, these are GREAT!!!
